1. What are the sizing specifications of our products?

We do strongly recommend reading the Size Chart/Guide for the measurements of each product carefully when selecting your items.  As a result of the designs, the measurements of many of our products are smaller than the typical size categories in the US or Europe.  For example, our size M may only be equivalent to size S in the US or Europe for some products.  It is important to read the Size Chart/Guide before making your purchases.  We suggest you take your body measurements beforehand.

 

2. Is it really free to ship globally?

Yes, that's right. We do not charge for shipping cost globally so long as we can send the order over.

 

3. How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders typically arrive within 8 to 16 business days.  Shipping times vary based on the destination.

 

4. Processing of orders

We usually send our shipments within two to three business days upon receipt of your orders but we will always try our best to send as soon as possible. 

 

5. Payments of VAT/Import tax

We are already IOSS registered for the EU and VAT registered for the UK.  This means import tax will be collected at our checkout for orders sending to the EU and the UK respectively.  Please see the following for a brief list of import duties for your reference:  

  • EU Countries – The rate varies from 17% to 25%, depending on which country and please note these rates are for orders up to EUR150/order. Additional import duty will be charged to the recipient upon arrival of the order if its value goes over this threshold.
  •  The UK – 20% for orders up to GBP135/order. Additional import duty will be charged to the recipient by the UK government upon arrival of the order if its value goes over this threshold.
  • The US - suspend shipping to the US at present.
  •  Canada – 30% applied to orders above CAD15 and below CAD99. Additional import duty will be charged to the recipient by the Canadian government upon arrival of the order if its value goes over CAD99.
  •  Australia – No import tax for orders up to AUD1,000/order.
  • New Zealand – No import tax for orders up to NZD1,000/order.

6. Refund policy - We offer store credits instead of refunds or return of goods or exchange of items

Owing to the personal nature of our products and, in order to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction, we have implemented a “No Return Policy” where we do not accept returns of goods for refund or exchange for another item on all of our products but we do offer store credits instead.  This policy is to ensure the health and safety of all our customers as well as preserving the quality and integrity of our products.
