Shipping policy

All orders are normally processed within two to three business days upon received but we will always try our best to send out orders as soon as possible.  To ensure we get your items to you as fast as possible, items in multi-product orders may occasionally ship from different partner warehouses and arrive in separate packages.  All orders have estimated shipping times of 8 to16 business days in general but this may vary or take longer dependent upon the locations of customers.

Due to recent regulatory changes implemented by the European Union regarding cross-border imports, customs authorities are currently processing incoming international parcels with increased scrutiny and heavier inspection queues.

While we are working closely with our logistics partners to ensure smooth clearance, deliveries to EU destinations will experience extended handling times.

  • Updated Delivery Timeframe: Please allow an additional 5-7 business days on top of our standard shipping window.

  • New Estimated Delivery: 13 to 23 business days for orders shipped to European Union destinations.
